This cozy and thoughtfully designed log cabin—tucked into the mountains and filled with pieces made by the owner (@alpineearthworkspottery)—feels both intentional and warm. It's a space that not only reflects her own artistry but also celebrates that of other local makers she loves.
When strong women create safe spaces, it makes our communities better.
We gathered with a few of these incredible women (@akashaleather and @honeysucklehandmadestudio) to toast a place that holds memories of the first snowfall, cozy nights with homemade pizza, skiing straight out the front door, or jumping into some fresh powder like a kid again. But there's sure to be plenty of firsts to come, as well: house-warming parties with friends and family, countless books devoured, good conversation over a hot cup of coffee or glass of wine, and some wood chopping for good measure.
This cabin has already held so much happiness, effort, and intention. And now, as it welcomes new owners, we're hoping they feel warmed by its storied past and inclined to relish in more of the same. Cheers—and most of all, welcome home.
