Hw Homeroom: Selling in Fall? This'll Help.

Fall can be a great time to sell your home: the appeal that properties often take on in the cooler months is enticing for buyers, and who could blame them? A day spent looking at potential homes in a sweater is a welcome relief from the sweltering heat. Likewise, exploring new neighborhoods on a 60-degree day to find nearby schools/local businesses and determine general trick-or-treatability sounds like a perfectly charming alternative to apple picking. In other words, there’s still plenty of potential to attract buyers this time of year.

Colorful leaves may look just as appealing on the ground as they do on the trees, BUT getting your home in good selling condition is still highly recommended, no matter when you decide to put it on the market. And so, in an effort to help you whip things into shape, we’ve put together a short list of some dependable businesses we highly recommend.
