Homeworks Offices: Available Work Space!

Here at Exchange Place—without question one of downtown Salt Lake’s most charming historic corridors—the Homeworks team is daily at work. But did you know that our building has been fully remodeled? And that we have available office space?


Good bones and fresh finishes...this is the ideal place to get to work.

Think fresh, white paint, soaring ceilings, terrazzo underfoot, warm new lighting overhead, and a clean sweep of updated kitchen space and bathrooms in between. It’s all “move in and get to work,” but with some architectural flair and intentional design that feels light, modern, and flexible.


These offices also come with a few grown-up perks: mail and package services (no more mid-day runs to the post office), a shared conference room that’s both polished and practical, and a friendly greeter for any walk-in clients or surprise drop-bys.

Location-wise, Exchange Place is ideal. Within just a block or two, you’ll find some of the city's best food and drink spots, whether you need a quick lunch or an after-hours toast to a long day. Basically, you’re central... without being too in the thick of it.


Perfect for solo creatives and small teams, we have nearly 4,000 square feet of rentable space in total (please inquire for current available space), with individual offices ranging from 120 to 850 sq. ft.
