This warm contemporary rambler sits tucked between two of Holladay's most desirable neighborhoods, offering a wooded sanctuary in the city.

Tucked between the highly desirable Wren Hollow and Cottonwood neighborhoods in Holladay, you’ll find this warm, contemporary rambler with the feel of a wooded sanctuary. Soaring ceilings in the great room accompany beautiful hardwood floors, and the indoor/outdoor flow makes it feel like you’re in a mountain modern cabin in the woods. The floorplan here is functional and thoughtful: the home is awash in natural light with room enough for everyone to dine together or relax by the fireplace in the sitting room. Four comfortably sized bedrooms and two bathrooms (along with a bonus family room on the lower level) ensure cozy, private spaces for all to live, work, and play. Outside, mature pines dotting the early third of an acre-sized lot provide a sense of seclusion and peace, and there’s ample space for a garden, chicken coop (included!), or anything else you can imagine. The sizable workshop is ideal for gear storage or gym space, and the deck (perfectly positioned off of the kitchen and great room) makes for a prime spot for dinners with friends or a soak in the hot tub after a day on the trails. Cottonwood Elementary is exceptionally close, but this home also benefits from close proximity to I-215, and quick access to Holladay City Center for dining and shopping. Properties in this little enclave rarely come up at this price point and for good reason…Loredell Drive invites you to put down roots in a lovely neighborhood where you’ll make memories in for years to come.
