Seems like this one has everything…

This adorable brick bungalow is seated centrally in the heart of SLC on a street that is equal parts quiet and historical (nice, deep breath). To say simply that this home has been refreshed inside and out doesn’t do it justice—instead, we’ll lay out every last bell and whistle with which this property has been expertly updated. For starters, all of the internal systems here have been redone: entirely new electrical, sewer line, HVAC (ah, central air conditioning), and a newer roof translate nicely to fewer worries for the next lucky owner. But there are also plenty of aesthetically pleasing updates here to balance things out. Beautiful features like exposed brick, refinished original fir flooring, french doors, Carrera marble countertops, stained glass windows, and a cozy fireplace lend the home an interior appeal to rival the cute exterior. The layout is highly functional, but there’s still plenty of flexibility in how the spaces are used (for example, the current “sunroom” takes advantage of large windows and private patio access, but we also see some very real primary suite possibilities). The aforementioned appealing exterior of the home very recently underwent a massive makeover, and now features a new driveway (with room enough for 3 cars), a brand-new shed (finally, a home for your summer/winter gear), and new landscaping that includes patio pavers, water-wise plants, and a fountain. It’s giving “oasis”...but you’re getting a home.
